Working clients physically through HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is all about ensuring they are giving it 100% effort for the short time frames they are required to be working throughout the session. Putting them through their paces, helping to increase all muscular components of exercise - muscular strength, muscular endurance & cardiovascular endurance.
