How did HUSTLE HIIT start?
I decided to focus on HIIT sessions only due to my previous success rate working with clients previously. I knew I was great at helping people lose weight, de-stress & could do this with a fun and energetic vibe! So I decided to create a specific service catering to it all.
It's FUN, it's LIIT, its personal!
The HIIT Hut ensures you have your own space, nobody else is around making it an uncomfortable place. The HIIT Hustler is all about achieving goals but making sure people enjoy the process, through authenticity, motivation & expert knowledge.

What are you known for within the PT field?
Here at HUSTLE HIIT we specialise in weight loss! We also work to improve our client's physical AND mental strength – which are just as important as each other.
It’s all about practising what you preach! I go through different phases of training routines but always love putting myself through a HIIT session at least twice a week! I am a regular with resistance training and enjoy playing football and other sports!
How do you work on the physical body ?
Do you have any PT related qualifications and if so what are they?
Yes! I am a Level 4 qualified Personal trainer with full £20m million insurance and I am qualified Level 4 in nutrition.
HIIT sessions are 30 minutes, the client will be signing up for 4 weeks at a time and we will collectively decide how many sessions they will need per week to reach their goal. There is full privacy within the sessions, clients have the option to play their own music, free car parking spaces, fully sanitized equipment (wiped down after each client) and access to a wide range of equipment. The workouts are High Intensity and will help burn high amounts of calories and push boundaries.

HUSTLE HIIT’s online fitness coaching service entails tailored exercise plans which are based on
the individual’s fitness level and accessibility to equipment. We take the time to understand the client’s lifestyle and then create a workout plan suitable to their needs. We also provide a precise nutrition plan, again tailored to everyone’s preferences. It covers both KEY elements – warranting results.
